The high precision thick turret is made of high strength nodular cast iron with fine workmanship,well self-lubricating and high guiding accurate.The international universal long guiding toolings have long service life.The unique worm and gear structure can eliminate side gad and get high indexing accuracy.
The whole thick steel welded plate with high strength,Good rigidity through advanced vibration aging and blast cleaning process which eliminate inner stress to assure the precision of machine in a long run and extend the service life of toolings maximally
Adopts the hydraulic system of the first class,digital proportionate servo valve,full-loop control,with good response characteristics.The stroke and speed are changed digitally.
The large lead balls crew and linear guideway of the first-class level ensures the processing precision.
The auto-protected clamps can ensure the protecting area is not punched,thus prevent the tooling and clamps are not damaged and program can run continuously.
The concentrated lubricating devices decrease the friction between each working pair and increase the service life of the machine.
