Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd(TSD)is located in Maiji District, Tianshui city, Gansu Province, China. The earliest name is Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool Works. 

Built in 1966, TSD company as a traditional manufacturer has always been manufacturing and distributing high quality press brake, hydraulic press, rolling machine, guillotine shear, roll forming machine as well as Turn-key project of JCOE Longitudinal Sub-merged Arc Welding (LSAW) pipe mill and customerized sheet metal machinery. TSD machines have been exported to more 40 countries and regions. The company's R&D center is awarded as National R&D Center. There are 300, 000 square meter floor space, 450 sets of processing machines. 

With registered trade mark TSD, it is honored as Chinese famous trademarks. TSD has always been contributing to "national Hi-tech industrialization demonstration projects", National "863 plan" project, and the state Torch Plan project. TSD has been awarded more than 40 items of National, Provincial and Municipal Prizes for Progress in Science and Technology, and 115 patents of national invent and utility model. 

The company is the council member of China Machine Tool and Tool Builder's Association(CMTBA) as well as the committee member of National Committee for Standardization Techniques of Metal Forming machinery. 

It has got ISO9001 1994 in 1997 and ISO9001 2000 in 2001 quality management system certification, and ISO14001 1994 environmental management system certification and OHSAS18001 1999 occupational health and safety management system certification in 2008.
