Gantry moving straightening machine.
Main parts consists of  over-length working table of fixed-type, moving frame of gantry type, upper die, movable V-shaped support ,hydraulic system and electrical system.
1. Two groups V-shaped lower die of variable position on the working table to adjust mechanically to left or right. 2 groups lifting rotating rollers and 3 groups lifting conveying roller in the middle of working table.
2. The main pressure-head is equipped on the gantry. The pressure-head can straighten for over all bar stock at 360° round so that the straightening bar stock meets its requirements.
3. The main hydraulic system is located in top of machine frame to control the pressing of main pressure-head. Auxiliary hydraulic system is located at side of working table and it control rotating and lift of conveying roller, to meet requirements of  360° rotating and left-right conveying of bar stock. 
4. This machine has  the function of inching, single and keeping pressure, which can meet the requirement of work-piece straightening.
5. Rotating roller of straightening machine ascends to hold up and rotate the  work-piece to the position where the high point of straightening aims at 12 o' clock position. At the same time, all of 4 groups conveying roller ascend a certain height under the rotation roller.
6. Rotating roller of straightening machine falls to carry the work-piece on the conveying roller. The conveying roller rotates to carry the part of covering straightening high point to between the  2 V-shaped lower die. The work-piece is laid on 2 V-shaped lower die when Conveying roller falls.
7. Move the gantry  so that the pressing-head aims straightening high point of work-piece. Then the gantry is locked. The main cylinder of straightening machine pull upper die down to straighten the work-piece. The work-piece is straightened step by step until it meets requirements.
8. Main cylinder of straightening machine returns drawn upper die.
9. The process repeats until the overall length of work-piece is straightened around 360°.
10. To survey the linearity of work-piece by seeing or setting a line. If the linearity is in excess of the standards, the work-piece will straighten again until it meets the requirements.
11. After straighten, the rotating roller of straightening machine ascend to hold up the work-piece. At the same time, all of 5 groups conveying roller go up to a certain height under the rotation roller.
12.Rotating roller of straightening machine goes down to lay the work-piece on conveying roller.

1. The Seller has passed ISO9001 quality system certification since 1997, and always execute strictly this quality
    management system in our company and on our products.
   All products before ex-works have been strictly tested and are in conformity with technical agreement and
2. Warranty is one year since the date of B/L, or final acceptance date of heavy duty machinery. Longer warranty
    could be purchased by the user.
3. Commissioning: For heavy-duty machinery, the Seller sends technicians (electrical hydraulic & mechanical)
    to guide the installation, testing and training the operators from 7 days to 45 days after the machine  
    reaches the factory of user. But the round-trip air tickets, local accommodation and allowance
   (USD100/person·day) in the User's country will be burdened by the Buyer. The above charges do not be
    included in the offer. This clauses will be shown in the contract.
3. For middle and small standard machinery, it is easy to operate according to operating manual. The User is
    firstly suggested to carefully read operating manual, then start the machine. Any unclear issues, please feel
    free to contact the Seller.  
    If the User insists on supplying the technical service at use's factory, please refer to No.2 clauses of after-sale-
4. All products of the Seller can be tracked by Ex-works number. Spare parts can be supplied same as the former,
    which is helpful for customers'  special designing requirements.
5. Consumable parts can be supplied free of charge to customer within one year warranty from B/L date, and the
    long term technical consultant service is available.
6. Common failure could be solved by E-mail, Phone and long distance video diagnose. The User must supply full
    failure description, clear pictures and videos, if possible.
    Once the serious quality problem is appeared due to the Seller's manufacturing reason within one year since
    B/L date or final acceptance date of heavy duty machinery. The Seller will send their technician to repair it .
7. After one year warranty, the Seller will provide free technical consultation and spare parts and technician
    service at lowest cost.
