l The designing of working table and the ram is suitable for the high specific pressure working conditions of long and short workpieces, and can withstand the heavy load forming conditions of short and thick workpieces.
l Main parts are integrally annealed and stress relived.
l Uprights, ram, and working tables processed one time by large-scale floor boring and milling machine to ensure the parallelism, perpendicularity and parallelism of each mounting surface.
l Seal structure of oil cylinder is suitable for fast and slow speed conversion of machine without leakage. Oil cylinder with ram adopts a spherical floating connection, 360-degree adaptive contact, uniform force, eliminating the impact vibration during the ram's work.
l Main guide rail adopts a four-column, eight-sided rectangular sliding guide rail, which has a self-lubricating function and a lateral rotation guide function, which prevents oil cylinder from bearing lateral forces. The slanting movement of ram is more reliable when bending a tapered workpiece.
l Large-diameter hydraulic pipeline streamline arrangement is adopted, and the pipeline is reliably sealed to reduce the impact vibration to minimum.
l CNC system stores more material properties and is more flexible in operation.
l Designing of top tool adapter is large at the top and small at the bottom, which can meet the forming of conical workpieces. There is no gap between bottom tool inserts, and large arc of bottom tool ensures that the workpiece is more beautifully formed. High rigidity of bottom tool ensures the straightness of the workpiece.
l Front and rear feeding mechanisms with large torque, fast and slow speed changing, the front and back movement of each mechanism can be independently controlled. Simple handheld operation control with high efficiency and precision feeding.
l The center of the bottom tool is equipped with two kinds of supporters. One is to assist the workpiece to feed forward and backward when feeding, and another is to lift the workpiece when discharging to avoid friction between the workpiece and the bottom tool.
l Using a high-strength reciprocating discharge mechanism, pushing button drives the workpiece to discharge laterally, and the discharge is stable and reliable.
Accuracy of machine
1. Positioning accuracy of ram (Y1, Y2 axis): ± 0.03㎜
Ram repeat positioning accuracy (Y1, Y2 axis): ± 0.01㎜
2. V-axis of table deflection compensation device:
Workbench inclined iron compensation device, numerical control, make the workbench form a set of ideal convex curve, compensate the deflection of the ram and the workbench, so as to obtain satisfactory deflection compensation, and make the folded workpiece angle in the length direction Consistent, improving part accuracy.

After-sale-service
1. The Seller has passed ISO9001 quality system certification since 1997, and always execute strictly this quality management system in our company and on our products.All products before ex-works have been strictly tested and are in conformity with technical agreement and standard.
2. Warranty is one year since final acceptance date of heavy duty machinery. Longer warranty could be purchased by the user.
3. Commissioning: For heavy-duty machinery, the Seller sends technicians (electrical hydraulic & mechanical) to guide the installation, testing and training the operators after the machine reaches the factory of user. But the local accommodation in the User's country will be arranged by the Buyer. The above charges do not be included in the offer. This clauses will be shown in the contract.
4. All products of the Seller can be tracked by Ex-works number. Spare parts can be supplied same as the former,which is helpful for customers' special designing requirements.
5. Consumable parts can be supplied free of charge to customer within one year warranty from B/L date, and the long term technical consultant service is available.
6. Common failure could be solved by E-mail, Phone and long distance video diagnose. The User must supply full failure description, clear pictures and videos, if possible.
Once the serious quality problem is appeared due to the Seller's manufacturing reason within one year since B/L date or final acceptance date of heavy duty machinery. The Seller will send their technician to repair it .
7. After one year warranty, the Seller will provide free technical consultation and spare parts and technician service at lowest cost.
