Introduction for each part of machine:
1. Main parts
The machine consists of front roll, back roll, pedestal (machine frame), drop-end, balance system, driving system, electrical system and hydraulic system.
The figures of the above diagram are the following parts:
1. Reversal bearing body
2. Top machine frame
3. Upright
4. Back roll
5. Front roll
6. Oil pipeline
7. Motor

2. Mechanical system
The machine is the vertical type 3 rolls symmetrical hydraulic plate bending machine.
The two back rolls are active rolls, and have the fixed positions. The front roll can move forward and backward. The front roll relative to two back rolls can be adjusted as parallel or oblique position to adapt to the requirements of rolling various shapes work pieces. The front roll and back roll are installed separately on the pedestal (machine frame), bearing body and top machine frame.
Top machine frame is installed on the pedestal and upright.
The main body of machine frame is composed of the pedestal, upright and machine frame.
The lifting oil cylinder is installed inside of upright, which connects to left & right bearing body of front roll by piston rod to push the front roll forward and backward.
The driving system is independently installed in pedestal to connect to two back rolls by gear group.
The drop end and balance mechanism are set at the top and bottom ends of front roll so as to take the cylindrical work piece out from the front roll.
3. Electrical system
Centralized electrical control is employed for the machine's action. It is operated on the electrical control station for the forward and backward move of front roll to press plate, the positive and negative rotation and brake(stop machine) of back roll to bend plate as well as the stand and reset of drop-end.
The touch screen on the electrical control station can display the moving position of front roll.
The electrical system of machine uses PLC with easy operation and high efficiency.
Because of fixed two back rolls positions which are always symmetrical to the front roll, the auxiliary time to roll work piece is very short so as to improve the working efficiency.
4. Hydraulic system
It is driven hydraulically for the moving of front roll and the drop down and reset of drop-end.
Hydraulic system consists of high pressure gear pump, solenoid relief valve and safety valve.
The pressure of hydraulic system is controlled by solenoid relief valve. Safety valve protects gear pump and hydraulic system to avoid the over pressure.

After-sale-service:
1. The Seller has passed ISO9001 quality system certification since 1997, and always execute strictly this quality
management system in our company and on our products.
All products before ex-works have been strictly tested and are in conformity with technical agreement and
standard.
2. Warranty is one year since the date of B/L, or final acceptance date of heavy duty machinery. Longer warranty
could be purchased by the user.
3. Commissioning: For heavy-duty machinery, the Seller sends technicians (electrical hydraulic & mechanical)
to guide the installation, testing and training the operators from 7 days to 45 days after the machine
reaches the factory of user. But the round-trip air tickets, local accommodation and allowance
(USD100/person·day) in the User's country will be burdened by the Buyer. The above charges do not be
included in the offer. This clauses will be shown in the contract.
3. For middle and small standard machinery, it is easy to operate according to operating manual. The User is
firstly suggested to carefully read operating manual, then start the machine. Any unclear issues, please feel
free to contact the Seller.
If the User insists on supplying the technical service at use's factory, please refer to No.2 clauses of after-sale-
service.
4. All products of the Seller can be tracked by Ex-works number. Spare parts can be supplied same as the former,
which is helpful for customers' special designing requirements.
5. Consumable parts can be supplied free of charge to customer within one year warranty from B/L date, and the
long term technical consultant service is available.
6. Common failure could be solved by E-mail, Phone and long distance video diagnose. The User must supply full
failure description, clear pictures and videos, if possible.
Once the serious quality problem is appeared due to the Seller's manufacturing reason within one year since
B/L date or final acceptance date of heavy duty machinery. The Seller will send their technician to repair it .
7. After one year warranty, the Seller will provide free technical consultation and spare parts and technician
service at lowest cost.
