The machine is the vertical type 3 rolls symmetrical hydraulic plate bending machine. The two back rolls are active rolls, and have the fixed positions. The front roll can move forward and backward. The front roll relative to two back rolls can be adjusted as parallel or oblique position to adapt to the requirements of rolling various shapes work pieces. The front roll and back roll are installed separately on the pedestal (machine frame), bearing body and top machine frame. Top machine frame is installed on the pedestal and upright. The main body of machine frame is composed of the pedestal, upright and machine frame. The lifting oil cylinder is installed inside of upright, which connects to left & right bearing body of front roll by piston rod to push the front roll forward and backward. The driving system is independently installed in pedestal to connect to two back rolls by gear group. The drop end and balance mechanism are set at the top and bottom ends of front roll so as to take the cylindrical work piece out from the front roll.

Centralized electrical control is employed for the machine's action. It is operated on the electrical control station for the forward and backward move of front roll to press plate, the positive and negative rotation and brake(stop machine) of back roll to bend plate as well as the stand and reset of drop-end. The touch screen on the electrical control station can display the moving position of front roll. The electrical system of machine uses PLC with easy operation and high efficiency. Because of fixed two back rolls positions which are always symmetrical to the front roll, the auxiliary time to roll work piece is very short so as to improve the working efficiency.

The pressure of hydraulic system is controlled by solenoid relief valve. Safety valve protects gear pump and hydraulic system to avoid the over pressure.
