Precautions when adjusting, setting, starting and operating the pipe straightening press
After checking and confirming that all parts of the machine are correct, turn on the machine according to the instructions in the manual (electrical part).
1). Pilot move the oil pump motor of the main and auxiliary hydraulic system (t≤1 second), and check whether the motor rotation is the same as the direction indicated by the rotation direction sign on the oil pump. The correct steering of the oil pump must be clockwise when it faces the shaft extending from the oil pump.
2) Turn on the power and check whether the indicator lights of the electrical system are on and whether the electrical components are normal. In particular, try to check whether there is any reaction after the travel switches are touched everywhere.
3) Move the "forward" and "backward" movements of the cart respectively; "lock" and "unlock" of the locking cylinder; "rise" and "fall" of the 2 sets of rotating rollers, " "Forward rotation" and "reverse rotation"; whether the "lift" and "fall" of the 5 sets of conveyor rollers, the "feed" rotation and the "discharge" rotation are consistent with the written instructions on the electrical operation panel.
4) Start the main oil pump of the main hydraulic system and the oil pump of the auxiliary hydraulic system for 10 minutes.
5) Adjust the high relief pressure of the main hydraulic system to 28MPa, the relief pressure of the remote pressure regulating valve to 10MPa, and the pressure of the DBD direct-acting relief valve connected to the main oil cylinder with a rod cavity to be 8MPa.
6) In the "jog" state, operate the piston rod of the main cylinder to move up and down 20 times during the full stroke, and check whether the operation is coordinated and normal, whether there is crawling, jitter and abnormal noise.
7), set the state selection switch to "single", adjust the top and bottom dead center according to the full stroke of the piston rod downward, speed switch point stroke switch position, operate the piston rod to move up and down 20 times during the full stroke, check whether the operation is Coordinated, stable and normal, with or without crawling, jitter and abnormal noise.
8) Let the movable beam run in full longitudinal stroke of the worktable for 2 hours back and forth, check whether the operation is coordinated, smooth and normal, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the wheels and side guide wheel bearings have abnormal temperature rise, the guide rail under the worktable, Are there any abnormal scratches on the side rails?
9) In the "single" state, press the piston rod downward full stroke to run continuously for 2 hours (the piston rod returns to the top dead center and let it descend immediately within 3 seconds);
10) In the "single" state, let the movable beam run along the longitudinal distance of the table for 1.5 to 2 meters; then operate the indenter to make a full stroke up and down action; then operate the movable beam to run 1.5 to 2 meters to a new position, Then operate the indenter to make a full-stroke up and down action... Cyclic reciprocating operation for 2 hours, check whether each part is normal.
11). Operate 2 sets of actively rotating rollers and 5 sets of conveying rollers, and continuously perform forward rotation for 1 hour and then immediately reverse rotation for 1 hour. Check whether the rotation is stable and normal.
12). Operate 2 sets of rotating rollers for full-stroke lifting and continuous operation for 2 hours.
13). Operate 5 sets of conveying rollers for full-stroke lifting and continuous operation for 2 hours.
14). Each part is operated with empty carrier linkage, in accordance with the following sequence, the operation of each part is operated continuously for 20 times.
a. Operate 5 groups of liftable conveyor rollers to the top dead center and stop.
b. Operate 5 sets of conveying rollers to rotate forward 10 times and stop.
c. Operate 5 groups of liftable conveyor rollers to the bottom dead center.
d. Operate 2 sets of rotatable roller table to the top dead center and stop.
e. Operate the 2 sets of rotating rollers to make 10 forward rotations and stop.
f. Operate 2 sets of rotating roller table to the bottom dead center and stop.
g. The operating beam moves 3 meters to stop.
h. Operate the main indenter to make a single cycle of full stroke, return to top dead center and stop.
The above description is a linked cycle, and the second time is repeated in the above order, but the rotation direction of the conveyor roller rotation roller is changed to reverse, and the rest is the same. Each second linkage cycle is counted as one group, and a total of 10 groups of 20 linkage cycles are counted.
After the above 14 operations are completed, it can be considered that the dry running test has been completed.
The load test shall be carried out in combination with the steel pipe required for straightening. According to the diameter of the steel pipe to be straightened, a suitable upper die should be selected. The radius of the pressed part of the upper die and the arc should be suitable. The most ideal is to increase the radius of the outer circle of the steel pipe by 10-20mm, and the height of the upper die should also be suitable. Do not extend the piston rod too much when straightening. The pressing pressure can be achieved by adjusting the pressure of the remote pressure regulating valve, which can be adjusted based on experience, but it should not exceed 27.5MPa. Adjust the spacing between the two V-shaped blocks. Generally, the thinner wall will enlarge the spacing between the V-shaped blocks, so that the correction pressure can be smaller and it is not easy to flatten the steel pipe. Adjust the position of the bottom dead center and speed switching point of the main pressure head travel switch, and do not make the upper die stop or return after the stop without pressing the steel pipe.
In order to carry out the load test and overload test, a steel tube with a diameter greater than 650mm and a wall thickness greater than 50mm and a length of 8m can be placed between the two V-shaped blocks. The center distance of the two V-shaped blocks is 7.2m. The centerline is about 500mm from the center of one of the V-shaped blocks, and then operate the relevant buttons to press the upper mold onto the steel pipe, and adjust the pressure of the remote pressure regulating valve to 10MPa, 15MPa, 20MPa, 24MPa, 27.5MPa, each pressure is suppressed by 3 Second, check each department. When the main system pressure of this machine reaches 27MPa, the rated nominal force has reached 6300KN. Then close the remote pressure regulating valve, adjust the overflow pressure of the main system pressure regulating flange A to 30.3MPa, and then conduct three pressure tests to check whether the work of each department is normal, reliable and coordinated, and check whether the movable beam and worktable are Plastic deformation.
1). The operator can not remember the direction indicated by the words on the various switches and the actual running direction of the actuator, resulting in misoperation. For example, the cart originally wanted to run "forward", and the operator turned right to "backward" operation Switch, to correct this error, the operator needs to operate carefully, and will remember it after a period of practice.
2). When straightening the steel pipe, 2 sets of rotating roller table and 5 sets of lifting conveyor roller table must fall to the bottom dead center, and it is never allowed to press and straighten the steel tube frame on the roller table.
3) Regardless of which motor on the machine, when the switch to be turned is operated and the motor does not turn, the stop button should be pressed immediately, and the power supply should be cut off. Ask a skilled electrician for maintenance to prevent burning the motor.
4). Operation method during shutdown
a. There is an emergency stop switch on the left and right columns of the movable beam of the machine and on the floor distribution cabinet. In case of an accident, as long as any emergency stop button is pressed, the power supply will be cut off, and the actuators will stop in place.
b. When the machine is stopped, 2 sets of rotating rollers and 5 sets of lifting conveyor rollers stop at the bottom dead center, and the upper die stops at the top dead center. When the machine is stopped, the main power switch and the key switches must be locked.
