The main structure and working principle of the machine

This machine is composed of frame, oil cylinder and movable beam, rotating roller, conveying roller, hydraulic system and electrical system.

The main machine of this machine adopts the structure type of three-beam four-column down-moving hydraulic machine, which applies strong pressure to the round steel pipe from the outside through the finishing die, and uses the conveyor roller that can be lifted and positioned to rotate to achieve the axial feed of the round pipe. Positioning, using the rotating roller that can be raised and lowered to drive the circular tube to rotate 360°in the circumferential direction to find and locate the finished position.


The structure and working principle of the main parts and components of the machine

1). Rack:

The frame is composed of an upper beam, a lower beam, 4 uprights and 16 large load nuts. In the future, the movable beam will move up and down along 4 circular guide rails.

There are two T-slots on the lower plane of the upper beam, which are used for finishing the upper die handle. There is a positioning key slot in the center. On the one hand, it is used for the positioning of the finishing upper die.

2). Oil cylinder and movable beam:

It is mainly composed of main oil cylinder, movable beam and 2 fast cylinders.

The main oil cylinder is a plunger cylinder, which is installed in the lower beam, and the screw is mainly composed of the cylinder body, the plunger, the guide sleeve and the seal. The dynamic seal is a NOK product with good sealing performance. See Figure 7-1.

The movable beam also has 2 T-slots and is equipped with 8 guide sleeves to guide the movable beam when it moves up and down.

2 The quick cylinder is also installed in the lower beam, and is connected with the movable beam through the connecting seat. With the rapid cylinder, the movable beam can be quickly raised and returned quickly, which greatly improves the running speed and efficiency. See Figure 7-2.

3) Rotating roller:

It consists of a pair of circular linear rollers whose axis is parallel to the axial center plane of the machine. One of the circular linear rollers is an active rotating roller. Due to friction, the rotation of the rotating roller causes the circular tube to rotate 360º around the central line of the circular tube. Finding the positioning and finishing position in the circumferential direction provides the possibility.

In addition, the position of the 6 sets of rotating rollers is arranged in front of and behind the main unit, and these 6 sets of rotating rollers are independently controlled. The 3 sets of rotation at the front or rear of the main unit can move up and down in parallel. See Figure 7-3 for the structure diagram of the rotating roller cylinder.

Each group of rotating rollers has two guide rods and two upper and lower dead center position adjusting screws. There are adjusting nuts on the upper and lower parts of the adjusting screw, which are used to adjust the upper and lower dead center of the rotating roller.

4) Conveying roller table:

This machine has a total of 10 groups of conveyor rollers, with 5 groups in front of and behind the main machine.

Each conveying roller table is composed of a pair of 140゜V-shaped rollers whose axis is perpendicular to the axial center plane of the machine. Through the rotation of a pair of conveying rollers, due to the action of friction, the round tube is fed in the axial direction. Adopt automatic step feeding form, the length of step is input on the man-machine interface. The structure diagram of the conveying roller cylinder is shown in Figure 7-4.

The distance between each two groups of conveying rollers in this machine is 2800mm, which can meet the needs of 6-12m long pipe conveying.

5). Die change device:

The die change device is used when the die is changed. It consists of fixed platform and die change trolley. The die changing device adopts the side-out method. The fixed platform has guide grooves for the wheels of the die change trolley when it is walking, which is exactly aligned with the planar guide grooves on the movable beam, which is convenient for the die change trolley to be pushed onto the movable beam from the fixed platform. The die change trolley has a positioning key for The lower die position is precisely adjusted, and the movement of the die change trolley is driven by the oil cylinder.

6) Finishing mold:

The user did not order the finishing mold.

7). Hydraulic system:

The main hydraulic station is located on the left side of the main machine (viewed from the inlet end of the steel pipe). The base is equipped with an oil pump motor unit. The main hydraulic valves are all arranged in the upper part of the oil tank. The hydraulic stations are located near the entrance and exit roller table, and are connected to 6 sets of rotating roller table lifting cylinders through pipelines, and the 19 actuators are operated by hydraulic and electrical coordinated actions. 8), electrical system:

The electrical system consists of a power distribution cabinet and an operation cabinet. The electric cabinet and operation cabinet are arranged on the left end of the main engine inlet (viewed from the steel pipe inlet), and the operation cabinet is arranged on the left end of the main machine outlet (viewed from the steel pipe inlet), and are connected to each control point through a cable. Limit switch action, PLC program control, make each actuator program action.
