1. Using methods of press brake:

(1) Switch on the power, open the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start.

(2) Stroke adjustment, press brake must pay attention to adjust the stroke, before bending must be tested.There must be a plate thickness gap when the die goes down to the bottom of the press brake.Otherwise it will cause damage to the mold and press brake.The adjustment of stroke also has electric quick adjustment and manual fine tuning.

(3) Bending groove selection, generally to choose 8 times the width of the plate thickness of the slot.If the bending of 4mm sheet material, need to choose about 32 slots.

(4) After the material adjustment is generally electric quick adjustment and manual fine-tuning, the method with the shearing machine.

(5) Step on the foot switch to start bending, press brake and shear machine, can be released at any time, loosen the foot press brake will stop, and then continue to step down.

 

2. Maintenance of Press brake:

Before the maintenance or cleaning of the press brake, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die and then put down and shut down until the work is finished. If the boot or other operations are needed, the mode should be selected manually to ensure safety.The maintenance contents are as follows:

1.  Hydraulic oil circuit

(1) Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, check the oil level.

(2) The oil should be changed after the new press brake works for 2000 hours, and the oil should be changed after every 4000 ~ 6000 hours of work, and the oil tank should be cleaned after each oil change;

(3) The oil temperature of the system should be between 35℃ and 60℃, and should not exceed 70℃. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration and damage of oil quality and accessories.

2. Filter

1) The filter should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly every time the oil is changed;

2) If the press brake has related alarm or other abnormal filters such as unclean oil, it should be replaced;

3) the air filter on the oil tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months and preferably replaced every year.

3. Hydraulic components

(1) clean the hydraulic components (substrate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system and avoid using detergent;

(2) after using the new press brake for one month, check whether there is any deformation in the bend of each tubing. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After using the new machine for two months, tighten the joints of all accessories.

 3. Safety practice of Press brake:

1) Strictly abide by the safe operation procedures of press brake and wear labor protective equipment as required;

2) Before starting, carefully check whether the motor, switch, circuit and grounding are normal and firm, and check whether the control parts and buttons of the equipment are stuck in the correct position;

3) Check the coincidence degree and robustness of upper and lower dies;Check whether each positioning device meets the processing requirements;

4) When the ram and each positioning axis are not at the origin, run the program to return to the origin;

5) The press brake starts and runs for 1~2 minutes, and the ram moves for 2~3 times. If there is abnormal sound or fault, stop immediately.

6) When working, one person shall be under unified command, so that the operator and the material feeding and pressing personnel can cooperate closely to ensure that the cooperative personnel can send out bending signals in a safe position;

7) When the sheet material is bent, it must be compacted to prevent the sheet material from warping and hurting people when the sheet material is bent;

8) The power must be cut off when adjusting the plate material and pressing die, and it shall be carried out after stopping operation;

9) When changing the opening of the lower die, no material is allowed to contact with the lower die;

10) Standing is not allowed in the rear of the press brake when working;

11) It is strictly prohibited to press and fold the sheet material at one end;

12) If the workpiece or mold is found to be out of alignment during operation, stop and correct it.

13) Do not fold the extra-thick iron plate or quenched steel plate, high-grade alloy steel, steel and more than the press brake performance of the plate, so as not to damage the machine;

14) Regularly check the coincidence degree of up and low dies;Whether the indication of the pressure gauge conforms to the regulations;

15) Stop the machine immediately if any abnormality occurs, check the cause and eliminate it in time;

16) Before the shutdown, to both sides of the cylinder below the lower die to place a wooden block will slide down to the wooden block;

17) First exit the control system program, then cut off the power.
