1.  Structure of plate rolling machine

Plate rolling machine consists of frame, two roller system, transmission device, torque support, roll cover, feed device, hydraulic (pressure) system, main bearing lubrication system, dry oil lubrication system, electrical system, roll removal device and other parts.

(1) steady flow weighing bin

If the plate rolling machine is in an improper position, the pressure of the feed column at the inlet of the plate rolling machine will be too large or too small, which will affect the formation of a stable feed bed.The position is too high, the material column pressure is too big, the material into the roller press is too much, the roll gap is too big, the material will rush through the roller press or form the cake is too thick, increase the next process load, the extrusion effect becomes worse, the finished product content is low;The position is too low, the material column pressure is small, the material into the roller press is less, it is difficult to form a stable thick material bed, the output is reduced, serious may also cause the plate rolling machine vibration, unable to run.

The dispersing grader is a new type of equipment which integrates the dispersing and grading of materials.After the extruded material enters the dispersing classifier, it is firstly fully dispersed. The dispersing is based on the principle of centrifugal impact crushing.The material is accelerated when it comes into contact with the high-speed rotating disk, and the accelerated material is released from the disk under the action of centrifugal force, and is crushed by impact on the counterattack plate.When the pulverized material enters the powder separation zone, the movement state of coarse powder changes little, while that of fine powder changes greatly, so that the coarse powder and fine powder are separated.If the dispersing effect is reduced, consider the reasons such as the wear of the counteracting liner, the slipping of the driving belt of the dispersing machine, the high water content of the material and the blocking of the graded ring channel.

V-type powder separator is a static grading and dispersing device specially used for plate rolling machine. It goes in and out left and right to disperse the cake material from the plate rolling machine, and then separates the qualified fine powder from the material after dispersing, which is conducive to the smooth operation of the plate rolling machine, improves the output of the system, and has the drying function.Simple structure, wear - resistant parts long service life.Small air volume, small pressure loss, fineness can be controlled by adjusting the wind speed.Its function is basically the same as that of the dispersing grader, and it is often used in conjunction with the plate rolling machine.


3. Working principle of a plate rolling machine 

Plate rolling machine is designed according to the principle of material bed grinding, its main features are: high pressure, full speed, full material, material bed crushing.A plate rolling machine consists of two extrusion rollers which rotate synchronously in the same direction, one is a fixed roller and the other is a movable roller.The material is fed from the top of the two rollers, and is continuously carried into the roller room by the extrusion roller. After being subjected to the high-pressure action of 100-150mpa, the compacted material cake is discharged from the bottom of the machine.The discharged cake shall contain a certain proportion of fine finished products.In the interior of the non-finished particles, a large number of cracks are generated, which improves the material's wearability, and in the further grinding process, the grinding energy consumption can be greatly reduced.The material through the grinding roller is mainly divided into three stages: full density, lamination and comminution, agglomeration and discharging stage.
