The machine is guillotine with hydraulic driving, the frame and knife are welded and have a good rigid, the synchronization of the knife is achieved by using the tandem cylinders and the accuracy is good. The machine can be operated by the button and the foot switch which can adjust the shearing angle, back gauge and the gap of the knives. There are many hold-downs under the front beam which act quickly and reliably. There are supporting balls on the worktable which carry the plate freely. The side unit can cut the plate vertically.

The maintenance is done by the specialized worker and the operator. We suggest you to do it every two months in two shift everyday.
① Disassemble the reducer motor and cover of the gear box and examine the volume and cleanness of the oil. Make a complete clean, add oil and assemble them
② clean the oil cup and add oil and grease.
③ tighten the loosen parts and adjust the gap, check if the die is worn.
a)adjustment of the sliding rail: adjust the gap between the up rail of the cylinder and the sliding block through bolts and nuts. The gap of the rail is less than 0.05mm(drawing 15-1)
b)clean the rail and the sliding plane, clean the burr and the dirt.
c)change the easy wear part if necessary.
d)inspect the hydraulic system according to the manual. Like clean the filter, inspect the quality and volume of the oil. Check the pressure meter and joint. Change the seal if necessary
e)check and clean the electrical system according to the manual. the work is be done by the professional worker.
f)check the indictor and the safety cover
