Manufacturing and processing of crane boom
Crane boom as an important part of the truck crane has higher requirements for large CNC press brake because of high straightness and diagonal requirements of crane jib.
TSD’s large CNC bending machine with large capacity and full 12m length can successfully manufactures U type upper and lower shells and crane boom, characterized by longitudinal and horizontal multi-point compensation, CNC front and back feeding system as well as special tooling on press.
Steel grade of boom: S960QL; Domex 960; Strenx 960; Strenx1100
Angle tolerance of two adjacent edge of crane boom：±30´/m，≤±0.5º on full length
Straightness: 0.3mm/m, 3mm/full length
